Licensing

Harbor & Oak Insurance Advisors, LLC is a licensed independent insurance agency. We are licensed in Texas, Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Tennessee, Georgia, and Alabama. We act as an intermediary between clients and insurance carriers and are not an insurance carrier.

Coverage

All coverage is subject to underwriting, to carrier approval, and to the terms, conditions, limits and exclusions of the policy actually issued. Descriptions of coverage on this website are summaries and are not a substitute for the policy language.

Surplus lines

Some coverage is placed with surplus lines insurers, which are not licensed in the state where the risk is located and are not protected by that state’s insurance guaranty association. Where coverage is placed on a surplus lines basis, the notice required by law is provided with your policy documents.
